Excellent quality hotel, our stay was really comfortable.
We loved the property and would stay here again. The food was well priced. Its location was very central, 400 metres from X Bank. It was located in a good area near to Amsterdam, the attactions and the centre down a quirky alley.

location
They put on hold on the credit card double the money than the cost of the hotel. I spoke to them and said they would remover the hold but they did not. That is after we paid the room already.

Room was fine except the bed was rotated away from the headboard. This was probably done to put a larger bed in a single room, which I appreciate, but the way I sleep means the pillows alwas fall off the side of the bed. Minor detail but annoying...

Extremely shabby towels, already grey. Really unpleasant to use them. Unacceptable for 4 stars. Very small room
